"The True Hockey Program is different from other hockey programs because it is the only program we have come across that specializes in the art of shooting. Coach G emphasizes the importance of a strong hockey stance in the acquisition of a successful shooting technique, proper hand positioning for the development of a quick release and the importance of a hard and accurate shot. Two other lessons that stood out and emphasized throughout the program were learning to trust the process even when the lessons became challenging and never giving up. All these lessons together are a true recipe for success.

In our opinion there is no program offered in HRM that is the same as the True Hockey program. This program is unique in its approach, very personalized and very effective showing immediate results and allowing players to fulfill their longer term goals.
